Terms Of Service
By commissioning me in any kind of way you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any of the statements below can be negotiated prior to the commission.The commission journal,YCH, or adoptable deviation and it's components are offered for informational purpose only; the commission journal, YCH, adoptable deviation shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available through the commission journal, YCH, or adoptable deviation and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.I. GENERAL TERMS
a. Please be civil in ALL aspects of ANY commission.
b. Use correct grammar and spelling.
c. Provide neat references. A description WILL NOT be accepted. Flat color references are preferred.
d. Follow the rules provided in the commission journal, YCH, or adoptable deviation. If you fail to follow the rules, I have the right to decline your commission. No exemptions.
e. DO NOT use the artwork for Artificial Intelligence training or Modifying.II. PAYMENT PROCESS
a. All commissions must be paid in full upfront. You can order through the artist's Ko-fi site.
b. PayPal is accepted. You must provide an email to have an invoice sent to you.
c. DeviantArt Points are not accepted unless the commission journal, YCH, or adoptable deviation states so.
d. CashAPP is accepted.
e. If in the occasion Art is being traded for a commission, YCH, or adoptable, please remember the references provided by the artist(R0GUEB3TH) must not be kept, sold, traced, edited, or traded for any reason but to fulfill the purpose of which is/was given for.
f. Gift Cards will not be accepted as payments. Please do not offer Gift Cards. This is solely for the security of your and the artist's personal information.III. PROCESS DURING COMMISSION
a. Work In Progress(or WIPS) will be sent to the commissioner. If you do not want WIPs during this process, please state so/
b. The amount of time taken to complete a commission spans between 3 business days to 30 business days. The artist is obligated to update the commissioner if it is a business day and something domestic prevents the artist from working on that day. No WIPs will be given in this case.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
a. I, the artist, will do what I can to make the customers feel content with the final product.
b. Once a commission is complete and the commissioner request changes, only minor changes can be made at this time. No major changes will be done past the lining process.
c. Commissioner will receive a signed version of their commission.V. CANCELING & REFUND POLICY
a. If in the occasion the commission is cancelled before the completion, the commissioner will recieve 1/4th of the payment provided for the commission. All WIPs and work will be deleted/erased.
b. The artist holds the right to cancel and refund 1/4th of the payment in any circumstance.
c. Any commissioner that must request a refund will recieve 1/4th of payment and will be placed on a private grey list for further caution.VI. DATA & PRIVACY
a. All personal information will be protected and use only during the transaction of the commission, YCH, or adoptable.
b. If in the occasion the commissioner or artist is found using, selling, or trading information that is solely for the commissions, YCH, or adoptable will be publicly black listed and/or all information shared between the two and proof of using, selling, or trading personal information will be taken to the local police. Charges may be pressed.VII RAFFLE/FREE/GIVEAWAY DESIGNS
a. Giveaway/Free/Raffle characters are equal to the value of $0.
b. Refrain from selling these characters as you are profiting off my work! If a character is sold and I find out, I will blacklist you. You will not be able to own any design I make or enter any future giveaways I host.
c. Trading these characters is fine as long as the other party is aware their worth is $0 before accepting the trade.VIII. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
a. I, the artist, hold every right to the produced artwork, not the commissioner.
b. All artwork produced by the artist can and will be used to promote, showcase, and possibly display on any site used by the artist. Credit will be given to respective owners.
c. Reproducing, using the copyrighted work commercially, taking credit for creation of artwork, removing watermarks/signatures, or altering the artwork in any way without the artist's written consent is considered Copyright Infringement and will request in public black listing, a cease and desist letter, and the possibility of being reported to the local police.Please ensure you have read the terms and conditions.
